About Me

I'm a basketball coach and contributing writer for Lockflow.com. I am from Lakewood, Wa. I've been a practicing martial artist for 20 years. I was a national champion in Taekwondo. I longer compete in martial arts but I still train when I can. I have trained with former UFC lightweight championship contender Hermes Franca and Xtreme Couture grappling coach Neil Melanson.
